Dutch or French speaker Service Desk Support Agents
Job description:
provide assistance to our customers via phone, e-mail, chat or other medium specified
document all contacts - problems or questions - in accordance with our current processes
escalate cases to the relevant teams
Required Skills:
Upper Intermediate English and fluent Dutch or French language knowledge
Familiarity with Windows XP and Microsoft Office Applications (World, Excel, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Aptitude for learning quickly and with minimal instruction.
Good Time Management Skills
